Welcome to Daily Test Builder. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. Daily Test Builder provides an automated platform for schools and educators to generate test question papers, manage question banks, and create educational content.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Billing Cycles: Subscription plans are billed on an annual basis (365 days validity). Billing begins immediately upon the expiration of any applicable trial period.
• Taxes: All prices mentioned are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, which will be calculated and added during the checkout process.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to your account if subscription renewals are not processed by the due date.

• Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial for all new school registrations. No payment is required until the trial period ends.
• Refund Eligibility: Since we offer a free trial to evaluate our services, refunds after a paid subscription are only considered within 7 days of the first payment if there are documented technical issues that prevent the core use of the platform.
• Process: Refund requests must be sent to billing@dailytestbuilder.com. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Non-refundable Items: Partial months of service or specific one-time service charges are not eligible for refunds.

As a digital service provider, "delivery" refers to the provision of access to our online platform and the generation of digital content:

• Service Access: Access to the Daily Test Builder platform is delivered instantly upon account registration and verification.
• Content Delivery: Question papers and answer keys are delivered as downloadable PDF files directly through the user dashboard.
• Maintenance: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, periodically scheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access. We will notify users in advance whenever possible.

Our platform uses advanced algorithms and AI to assist in generating educational content. However:

• User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the educator or school administrator to review all generated test papers, questions, and answer keys for accuracy, curriculum alignment, and language correctness (Tamil/English).
• Error Handling: If you identify a systematic data error in our question bank, please report it via the "Flag Error" feature in the dashboard. We will take reasonable steps to correct such errors in our central database.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that every question or generated paper will be 100% error-free or suitable for a specific examination without prior review by a qualified teacher.

• Intellectual Property: Users retain rights to their uploaded content. Daily Test Builder retains ownership of the underlying software, design, and proprietary question banks.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular educational purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as reputational loss due to errors in a printed exam paper.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
